Spent Christmas at this hotel and the location was great, close to many dining options and shopping centers. The view from the room was stunning, made for some great photos for social media. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed immediately. The room was nice and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable, perfect for a relaxing night in.

The room wasn't as clean as we would have liked, the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. The staff could have been more attentive to our needs, especially during the crowded breakfast times.

Throughout our stay, we indulged in luxury amenities and impeccable service at this hotel. Our room overlooked an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, making our stay extra-special. The lush garden area, where we had a BBQ session, provided us with a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring the city. We were lucky to have access to a private plunge pool which was perfect for a romantic and soothing time during our stay.

Although our stay was excellent, the breakfast was the only aspect that we were not satisfied with. The in-room breakfast was nothing special, and we felt that breakfast options could have been better.
